Supposedly her hair is gelled up like Alfalfa from "The Little Rascals," though we're definitely getting more of Cameron Diaz in "There's Something About Mary" vibe from her 'do.
Cyrus followed up her topless photo with a bikini selfie that she captioned "#postshowerinstagramwhoreselfielife."
