Uganda has once more shut down social media ahead of President Museveni's swearing in ceremony slated for tomorrow 12 May 2016
Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter and other social media platforms have been put off on directives of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC).
UCC claims that opposition is planning to disrupt President Yoweri Museveni’s swearing in ceremony.
The platforms will be off until Thursday evening at the close of the ceremony.
