Bill Gates Donates $2M Towards KCCA's Sewage Management Project In Kampala

Microsoft founder and the richest man on earth, Bill Gates under his foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, has funded Feacal Sludge Management (FSM) Project that KCCA has for years been trying to do!

Meanwhile, KCCA announced the funding (USD 2 Million) from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & UK-DfID to implement a 3 year Feacal Sludge Management (FSM) Project through their official website.

According to the document, the overall objective of this investment is to improve sanitation in the vulnerable urban poor areas of Kampala city through an efficient and affordable private sector-led service delivery model.
