Pastor Martin Sempa founder of  Makerere Community Church is a wanted man and has been since last year. According to a reliable source, the subpoena was issued with last year still stands.

The 47 year old Pastor who holds both Ugandan and American citizenship, is being hunted by American private investigators under a company called Magineto, hired to locate, capture and fly him to America for questioning.

Apparently a bounty close to US$40,000 has been staked over his head for any resourceful informant.

He is wanted as a principal witness in a Civil Lawsuit against another controversial pastor Scott Lively who stands accused of crimes against humanity by a group of Ugandans.

Ugandan based law firm called Onyango and Company Advocates, the United District Court for the District of Massachusetts ran an advert in last Wednesday’s New Vision reminding him of his subpoena.

“As a United States Citizen, you are hereby notified that you have been subpoenaed to testify at a deposition in the civil action brought by sexual Minorities Uganda against Scott Lively in the United States district of Massachusetts Civil Action No. 3-12-CV-30051,-- the notification advert read in part.
