A five year old girl is dead while a fifteen year old fights for her life at Mulago hospital after they were sexually assaulted and beaten by monstrous men.
The horrific incident happened in Matugga, Wakiso District when that the two minors returned from church at around midnight and found a group of men along the way. The men reportedly offered to escort the minors but turned against them along the way.
The monsters reportedly stabbed the six year old girl under ear before dragging her to the nearby bush where they gang raped her. They later hit her with a blunt object on the head and left her to die. The 15- year-old was rushed to Mulago hospital. She revealed some of the details to police detectives on her way to hospital.
Police has since apprehended three men after a snifer dog, led them to some dilapidated houses about 250meters away from the crime scene where the suspects were hiding. They were arrested taken to Kasangati Police Station.
The Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire says they recovered a machete and blood stained shoes from the house. The recovered items have been handed over to the government analytical laboratory to compare the DNA to that of the victims.
He cautioned parents against sending out minors on their own.
