Youth who subscribe to the Jobless Brotherhood have lashed at police for arresting their colleagues who tried to access parliament yesterday in company of pigs.
Agustin Ojobile an FDC youth league member also part of this disgruntled youth group saluted their comrades who boldly dared to equate members of parliament to pigs.
“We salute and honor all the activists who took part in this activity which was there yesterday, all those who took part in the past activities just like the women for Uganda, the DP activists who were led by Moses Bigirwa. As they did all this, they were sacrificing for the country and following their constitutional right which is in Article number 1 and chapter 4” said Ojobile.
According to Ojobile, they have divorced themselves from the unfair acts of the legislators who he calls extremely extravagant.
The youth are also against Winnie Kiiza, the leader of opposition for becoming too extravagant forgetting her role in Parliament. They claim the LOP is conniving with the ruling party and they want her to answer fo her own wrongs.
Ojobile also calls Speaker Rebecca Kadaga and Winnie Kiiza traitors of the woman cause who have not sympathized with vulnerable Ugandan women.
Norman Tumuhimbise also a leader in this group explained that they chose to use pigs in their campaign because pigs are too greedy just like the MPs.
“We would have used a goat, a snake, we would have used any other animal but we also have respect as to why we use a pig. Because the greediness of a pig, if you started feeding a pig in the morning, and you leave it there until the evening, you will find that this pig will continuously eat the food, it will not stop.”
Tumuhimbise adds that as a pig eats none stop, so do Ugandan MPs who swindle money from all corners.
