Anne Kansiime is seated outside her house on a veranda with her sandals on the side, she feels so bored that she starts wondering why life has to be such a b*tch. With all her friends ignoring her for a reason she can't seem to understand, she decides to call someone more interesting and guess who that was... "the POLICE". Is she crazy? ...
With no reason whatsoever, she calls the police. She suddenly wants to know who they've been and of course started quarreling when the police demand to know if she called over a reasonable emergent issue. You were waiting for that part the never misses in all her hilarious episodes.... Let's just right to it...
"Now life is very boring... I don't know, Oba my phone is dead, I have not received a call for about 3 days, 3 days. I don't whether, oba the battery .. oba it still receives. Oba the battery has a problem. I don't even get visitors these days, I don't know why. No visitors, no phone calls, no one has even attempted to call. Even when I call my friends they don't pick up. I don't know why".
She further goes ahead and wonders ...
"People think am quarrelsome, I don't know why people think am quarrelsome. Yet I just, am just audible. Ehh, I just explain my self and then people misinterpret me. Now who do I call, let me call the police. I think the police is free (as she smiles at herself)". --- that's funny isn't it?
Here comes the hilarious conversation between Anne and the police ...
Police: Hullo!
Anne: Yes hullo sir.
Police: This is the police.
Anne: Yes sir how are you, how is your day?
Police: (silent)
Anne: hullo
Police: Hullo madam, this is the police.
Anne: Yes I know
Police:This is an emergency call, what's your emergency? We're very busy people and we don't want people wasting time asking how we are.
Anne: (with her usual attitude) Ok, why are you being rude sir, I called to check on you and you're already shouting at me. You're making me quarrel yet i've made a resolution not to quarrel. Am just checking on you, is that bad? Is it bad?
Police: It's not bad but this phone is for emergencies, what's your emergency?
Anne: What is I have an emergency? Who has told you I don't have an emergency? Am in an emergency situation of friends... I don't have.. any way, What if I was checking whether my phone is working because my phone has not gone through for 3 days, and am checking.. isn't that an emergency ....
