Local musician, Cornelius Oloya who’s better known by his stage name “Master Blaster” was laid to rest in his ancestral home in Palabek Gem sub-county in Lamwo district at around 7:30pm in the night.
Master Blaster was buried by a few of mourners despite his celebrity status; his burial was preceded by a disagreement between his family and the police over a statement about his death.
His family members demanded that the police declare in writing that one of their officers killed their son.
Earlier, the relatives had dumped the casket at Lamwo Police Station demanding that the Police in the district make a written statement showing that the deceased singer was killed by their officer.
