Fresh off her controversial and gag-inducing performance at South By Southwest, Lady Gaga shared a photo of the aftermath of being vomited upon for the sake of art.

The 27-year-old pop star posted a photo of herself naked in murky colored water after artist Millie Brown disgorged colored milk all over her while she performed "Swine" on March 13 in Austin, Texas.

"I loved every moment with you Austin. Last nights show healed my soul. Creative Rebellion is ARTPOP. Release yourself from every expectation. Be free," Gaga wrote along with the photo on her social networking site, Little Monsters.
