Desire was born to Mr. Jamada Luzinda and Mrs. Imelda Byanyima Luzinda.
Mr Jamada Luzinda is a son of Mr.Salim Kizito and qualified teacher at Kings College Buddo. Desire Luzinda’s Mother Mrs. Imelda Byanyima Luzinda is an agriculturalist from the western part of Uganda of Ankole.
