Team No Sleep's Sheebah Karungi has according to reports aquired land worth 60 Million Ugandan shillings in Buziga near the shores of lake Victoria ... and she paid in cash.
Sheebah, we're told, acquired the land on Monday. According to reports from Chano8, the "TUNYWE" artiste only had 45M in cash .. she borrowed the extra 15M from a friend to acquire her biggest 100 by 50ft asset ever since she joined the music industry.

Close pals to the artist of the year say she plans on building rentals on the land -- but we can't confirm the reports are reliable since others say she plans on building a house there.
