Singer Desire Luzinda was arrested on Saturday morning as she arrived from Congo Brazzaville where she had gone to serve Congo Ministers with her ekitone.
The singer was caught over a case of obtaining money by false pretense through Cavendish University lecturer, Jimmy Alemiga.
After long hours of being interrogated, Desire’s former bonkmate Juma Seiko was called in to help her estranged side dish according to the site sources. Thankfully, Juma arrived on time before DL could be locked in Police Cells.
However, confusion around the case is- Desire admits she knows about the debt worth Shs24m as the lecturer insists it’s 27M shillings … she borrowed to use at her concert at Serena hotel years back
