The 34-year-old star spoke candidly about her embarrassing underwear issue in an interview in Love magazine with guest editor Cara Delevingne.
The supermodel revealed she had just started wearing figure-hugging Spanx and was impressed with the crotchless options available for women, making it easier for them to go to the toilet.
Kim said: "Oh, the ones where you can pee? But I always pee all over my Spanx, it's a disaster. They aren't crotchless enough!"
The stunning star also revealed she'd peed outdoors in the past before recalling a cringe-worthy moment when her sister Kourtney relieved herself in public.
