Recently when Ray C was having an interview with one of the most prominent TV stations in Tanzania said that she wants a man who is 10 years older than her , must be responsible and should not be a musician.

Chalamila said that before, her first manager had warned her never to fall in love with a musician and she did the opposite when she fell in love with a rapper called Lord Eyes who ended up mixing cocaine in her drinks which ended up putting her life at risk but said she forgave him.
Remember recently Ray C almost lost her life due to drug addiction while in Nairobi not until when the Tanzanian fountain of honor came to her rescue by taking her for a rehab.
Ray C said that she thank God for not having neither a kid nor a husband by the time she suffered from drug addiction, because it would have been an embarrassment for them.
She went further to say that by the time she was suffering from drug addiction she learned various lessons like knowing the true friends of because a few of her friends visited and did call her to find out how she was doing.
