Musician Spice Diana has backed fellow singer Winnie Nwagi for keeping her daughter away from her father.
Spice Diana's comments come a day after Winnie Nwagi revealed she would never allow her child to meet his father. She explained that the father is irresponsible and never cared to pay attention to the daughter.
Spice Diana now says she fully supports Winnie Nwagi for that decision. She believes a child is a lifetime investment, and if the father forgets his responsibility, he shouldn't even be thinking about the child.
"I fully support Winnie in this because a child is a lifetime investment. You take responsibility for her, and when you grow old, she will be looking after you. If a father never cared for her, why should he be thinking of meeting the child? Irresponsibility shouldn't be thriving at this time," she said in an interview with a local television.
