Next media boss Kin Karisa announced this week that he will be retiring from his duties as the group CEO.
He made the announcement through his Twitter handle, revealing that it's time to step back and concentrate on other businesses away from the media.
"Thank you, media. Time to step back," he tweeted.
Kin Karisa is the Chief Executive Officer of Next Media, which is home to NBS TV, Sanyuka, Salaama, Next radio, among other media outlets, including Nile Post Uganda.
