Cindy Sanyu was to perform at "Western Media Awards" Dec. 7th -- She skipped and it got her fans really (really) mad.

Uganda Police issued a new policy that will have any artist that fails to attend a show that they're scheduled to perform at, arrested.

The statement released by the Police also says that concert promoters that lie about artists who'll perform at their shows will be put behind bars and asked to pay a good sum of money as fine.

The "Sample DAT" did not show up at "Western Media Awards" like she was paid to ... her fans and those of Bebe Cool petitioned the Police which considered their request in less than 24 hours.

Cindy, scared of cells, took to her social media pages and apologized to her fans in Mbarara for skipping their show. We hope they can pardon her.

This message goes out to all my friends and fans in Mbarara who attended the western media awards where I was scheduled to perform last night (7th-dec 2014).I was in Mbarara by 7pm and ready to perform by 9:30pm. My team and I entered Kakyeka stadium at 1am to perform but due to breach of contract by the promoters there I therefore failed to perform. I hereby apologise for their unprofessionality.
Yours always
Cinderella baby
