Late Mowzey Radio's widow and singer, Lilian Mbabazi, is on the verge of eviction from her rented apartments in Konge due to rent arrears.
Reports indicate that the singer has not paid her rent since April this year and has been evasive whenever the landlord attempts to schedule meetings.
The landlord, in response, involved the authorities, and his legal team issued a demand notice to Lilian Mbabazi.
The lawyer, known only as Sufian, explained that Lilian Mbabazi received the demand notice but has been making it difficult for the legal team to collect the owed rent as she continues to make daily promises.
In an audio recording obtained by this website, Lilian Mbabazi is heard explaining to the lawyers that she is out of town and requests them to wait for her return to Kampala.
The singer also promised to meet with the legal team representing Sitran Deshpande, her landlord, to resolve their differences.
