It ought to be noted that Vivian Tendo who is in her early 20s is one of ladies that have been giving men sleepless nights in Kampala and her latest decision makes us believe that Moses Wasswa Tinsley must be a loaded man to tie her down.
Clad in Kiganda traditional wear, the bubbly couple was seen all smiles as they moved a step closer to walking down the aisle.
