Ugandan pop star whose ex-boyfriend posted naked ‘revenge porn’ photographs of her on the internet now faces another fraud besides the arrest for her ‘immoral behaviour’.
Yesterday, the beautiful singer was heard complaining and lamenting of how fans have taken this time to blackmail her for all sorts of things and more especially opening accounts in her names and start soliciting funds from her fans.
In a message she posted on her official Facebook account, Desire Luzinda (you can click to follow the link) she warned her fans, to be careful of bad and ill minded people who are using fake accounts in her names to get money from them.
As quoted:
Being a victim of fraud,I am saddened to learn about fake accounts that have been opened in my name. The very accounts are being used to ask people for money. I have 2 accounts; the official Luzinda Desire page and this very fan page. My team and I have managed the situation and are not in any way asking anyone for money so please be vigilant and don't fall victim.
