Recently, a video surfaced online in which promoter Balaam Barugahara was seen seated while the Buganda anthem was being sung.
The video riled many people especially the Baganda, with many saying Balaam’s act was disrespectful to their culture and King.
The promoter has, however, rubbished the claims saying that he sat down because he had back pain.
He says he has massive admiration for the Kabaka and he would easily kneel for him or bow.
He says the claims of incivility and other suggestions are just fueled by people who have nothing much to do.
