After Nigerian musicians, Omah Lay and Tems staged a successful concert in Uganda, social media was set ablaze with local stars blaming the government for playing double standards.

This led to their arrest and they were later paraded before the court and sent to jail on remand.

This act incited verbal exchanges on social media. Cindy and Bebe Cool got trolled, they are blamed for landing the two into trouble.

The “Boom Party” hitmaker went on to say Nigerians don’t add any value to the Ugandan music industry. She doesn’t care about what they intend to do in revenge.

Nigerians on social media had vowed to ban Ugandan music from their country if their artists were not released.

On Tuesday afternoon, they were set free on diplomatic grounds.
