Comedian and Radio presenter Patriko Mujuka was denied the National Unity Platform ticket to represent the party in Nakifuma as Member of Parliament.
The ticket was given to a businessman, a one Fred Ssimbwa.
NTV presenter Andrew Kyamagero has advised Patriko to rally behind Ssimbwa instead of wasting money in a race he isn’t likely to win.
According to Kyamagero, good leaders should support others. He says it takes great leadership skills to concede defeat and move forward.
Mujuka has, however already published posters indicating he is coming as an independent.
