Jose Chameleone to contest for Kampala Lord Mayorship on NRM ticket

Last week, Joseph Mayanja a.k.a Jose Chameleone announced that he will be contesting for the Kampala Mayor seat in 2021. We have further learnt that he will contest on the NRM Party ticket.

Jose Chameleone will face off with the incumbent Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago among others.

“Balaam will fund Chamelone’s campaigns and the singer will go through NRM primaries to compete to be the flag bearer. Museveni requested Balaam to find someone popular who will dislodge Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and Chameleone was a better choice”, source to the Chameleone camp told Howwe
