At the beginning of the week, Salon Talk host, Judithiana announced that she had thrown in a towel at Urban TV.
Sources say Judithiana had been asking for a pay rise ever since her show got more viewers.
The company was however not ready to give in to her demands.
Judithiana, who is also a radio host on Radio City says she is going announce her next big move in the coming few days.
Urban TV has over the years lost top talent due to low wages.
