It has come to our attention that the bedridden man of God Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo’s business empire is collapsing. Nkoyoyo owns a very big hotel in Bweyogerere called Rest gardens. It has two swimming pools enclosed in it and it is always used by top church leaders in and our side the country. When he retired, it became his second home and he would spend most of his time at the hotel.
Ever since he left for the UK for treatment, things haven’t been going on so well. The once vibrant hotel has been deserted. Business is not running as usual. No more serious conferences there. Only the swimming pool brings in business. Sources within the hotel tipped us that; even staff has spent couple of months without pay. In the presence of the former Archbishop, this had never happened.
Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo was flown to the UK early last month in critical condition. He was to go under a serious operation which required amounts of money. It didn’t take place immediately because family and government had to first get the necessary funds.
