City tycoon Sentongo Haruna Segawa is in trouble after water body National Water and Sewerage Cooperation (NWSC’ discovered an illegal connection for the second time running.
According to a statement from NWSC seen by this website, Haruna is among the 50 water thieves that were netted during an ambush night operation led by NWSC and the Uganda Police on Tuesday, 10th Jan 2017.
NWSC unearthed an illegal water bypass that supplied Haruna’s Shopping Center in Mengo. We’ve been told that the illegal connection has been cheating the National water millions of shillings as it served the entire shopping mall.

Haruna has learned nothing and forgot nothing as this is the second time to be nabbed for stealing water.
