Apparently, Sheila thinks she is at the top of her game and it’s time for greener pastures in Kenya. It should be noted that ever since Josephine Karungi going on maternity leave, Solomon Serwanja, Rukh-Shana Namuyimba and a few other staffs left NTV, Sheila has been good at her game. She gained confidence that has turned her as the best news anchor NTV has at the moment.
That side, an insider at NTV has also revealed to us that Sheila a few weeks ago tabled in her salary demands. She wants more money or else she quits. Her bosses are yet to respond.
We have further learnt that Maurice Mugisha being the mentor is believed to be the chief mediator. On the other side, we have learned that a Kenyan TV is the one throwing pressure at her. They need her and are believed to be ready to meet her demands.
