One of Africa’s most thought about funny people; Anne Kansiime has been nominated in the UK-based awards celebrating black women, Black African Women Rock – BAWR Awards 2016!
Anne Kansiime has been nominated for the Young Woman Achiever and Female Artist of the year. The award ceremony will take place on the 3rd December 2016 at the Double Tree Hotel, Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom
For the young woman achiever award, Kansiime will battle it out with Perdita Sam Otoo, Hayley Venus and Nyane Lebotjoa, while for the female artist of the year award, she will battle with Queen Patience Khanyile, Sis Maneli and Busi Mhlanga.
Black African Women Rock was founded by Lindani Moyo in 2013. The purpose and vision behind BAWR is to motivate and inspire women to pursue their dreams.
