Ugandan kick boxer, Titus Tugume ‘The Rock’ has acquired a Bachelors degree in in Public Administration at Kampala University.
Tutus was among the over 3000 lucky students who graduated at Kampala University last week.
Feeling happy and relieved, The UPDF soldier had this to say;
“It took me three years of struggle and hard work. It was difficult to attend to sports, army work and education at the same time. I am happy I made it,” --Tugume.
