Musicians Bobi Wine and Bebe Cool were good friends back then until jealousy set in and the two took different paths.
Bobi Wine remained with the Firebase crew, while Bebe Cool started up the Gagamel crew to compete with the Kamwokya-based group.
The two have always been involved in stiff competition over the years, and even recently, when Bobi Wine joined active politics, Bebe Cool remained at odds with him.
The Gagamel boss, however, says he hopes the two will one day unite.
"I don't hate Bobi Wine, but we have different opinions and interests. I know that one day we shall unite again. We shall sit at a round table and discuss," he partly said in an interview with a local YouTuber.
