On Tuesday this week, news started making rounds on social media suggesting the arrest of dancehall musician Fik Gaza in Saudi Arabia.
Gaza, who was booked to perform in Saudi Arabia over the last weekend, was reportedly arrested over illegal papers and poor dress code.
It is alleged that one of the Ugandan promoters based in Saudi Arabia tipped off the Saudi Police, who pursued Fik Gaza, leading to his arrest.
The dancehall musician remains in custody, and he has not come out to speak about his arrest. Not even his social media pages have updated fans and followers on his arrest.
It should be noted that earlier this year, dancehall singer Benie Gunter was also arrested in Dubai and was only released last month.
