However, no entertainer was included in the cabinet.
According to NBS TV presenter, Douglas Lwanga, he believes a performer must have been included in the cabinet to represent the fraternity.
Douglas says they are often ditched when it comes to sharing the National cake yet they have the power to influence and work for the youth who is Uganda’s biggest population.
