Catherine Kusasira Begs Chameleone to Return to NRM

Presidential advisor on matters of Kampala Metropolitan area, Catherine Kusasira has asked  Jose Chameleone to rejoin NRM.

Kusasira believes  Chameleone would win with a landslide as Kampala Lord Mayor on NRM ticket.

"The President asked me to reach out to all aggrieved members of NUP. Chameleone has always been our supporter and I will happily welcome him home. He has all the credentials to be a member of our party," she said on a local television interview.

It should be noted that in 2016, Chameleone was among the Tubonga Naawe artists who supported president Museveni.
