“As a club we are excited to have one of the most powerful brands in the banking sector supporting us to build and grow the game of football through digitization. Having Equity Bank as our partner is not only beneficial to Express FC but the entire football fraternity in Uganda. Let us support Equity Bank Uganda and all other football partners that are investing into the game,” Kiwanuka concluded.

Kiwanuka says Express FC will be a title contender in the 2019/2020 Uganda Premier League season.

Express FC has continued to show resilience and growth with the team registering various successes on and off the football field. The new partnership between the top league club and Equity Bank will move to strengthen the team as well as create awareness for the team’s fans and bank’s customers.
