Abba who has on several occasions represented Uganda in the swimming gala, was no surprise to have scooped the award. This year, Abba participated in the Seals Meet Swimming Competition, beating all the children in the Junior category, represented his school in the Inter-School Swimming Competitions and Uganda in the East African Swimming Competitions.
