Iggy Azalea Cancels Appearance at Gay Pride Parade Over Past Homophobic Slurs Controversy

After confirming the cancelation of her "Great Escape" tour on Twitter last month,Iggy Azalea explained to Seventeen that "to be honest with you, I just feel I deserve a break ... I've been going non-stop for the past two years, nearly every single day." Now Iggy's confirmed she's pulling out of a performance planned for this weekend, one she'd previously said she planned to attend regardless, at Pittsburgh Pride. But the reason has to do more with a past controversy than a present need for recharging. In "a message to Pittsburgh" tweeted last night, Iggy said:
