Many thought it is because of her Islamic faith but the diva cleared the air on Wednesday night while performing at Comedy Store.
According to Rema, she doesn’t like male fans touching her because of her children.
Rema said she wants to teach her children to respect their bodies and her action must reflect that.
“I don’t allow men to touch me because I want to teach my children to respect their bodies. My actions matter and I want them to emulate me,” she said.
