A decade ago, Rudende was one of the hottest radio personalities in Uganda while working for XFM.
A year ago, Rudende was poached by Next Media’s Next Radio to co-host the breakfast show. He replaced Marcus Kwikiriza who wanted to concentrate on running the station.
Things did not work out for Rudende as expected because the Naguru-based radio station is struggling to compete with the big boys in the industry. Despite millions of money injected into the station, it has failed to get a big share of the market.
We have now learned that Rudende has now joined Kampala road-based Sanyu FM to replace Salvador Idringi on the Sanyu Breakfast show.
Salvador Idringi quit the show to concentrate on his business.
