Tycoon Emmanuel Lwasa lost in his quest to become the Mayor of Masaka to Florence Namayanja during the 2021 elections.
The female National Unity Platform candidate humiliated him and hasn't yet healed from the loss.
Talking about his life in Masaka and his aspirations for the city, Lwasa said he has big dreams for Masaka but he was failed by the opposition.
He claimed they spread propaganda against his candidature.
"I lost interest in politics but will see how it goes in the coming years. Voters were obsessed with NUP propaganda and didn't vote for NRM in Masaka," he said in an interview with a local YouTuber.
Many voters questioned his academic qualifications, he stood no chance to lead the city.
