A month ago, faded singer Omulangira Ssuna sued Next Media journalists, Waako, Marko, and Kayz over character assassination.
He stated that during their morning show titled Express on Sanyuka TV, they defamed him that he practices witchcraft.
Even though the journalists were released on bail, they still have a case to answer.
Also, there has been a dramatic change to the gossip business as Uganda Communications Commission issued a directive to all TVs to air the gossip shows between 10 pm and 5 am.
Musician Eddy Kenzo thinks Omulangira Ssuna's move forced UCC to take the decision.
He praised Ssuna for speaking and standing up for musicians who are often defamed by gossip show presenters.
The BET Award winner said Ssuna will forever be remembered for causing a change in the music industry.
