Sheilah Gashumba is one of the best social media influencers in East Africa. Most of the songs she jumps on later become monster hits.
She says she charges more Shs 10M to promote a song online.
Gashumba claims she recently rejected an offer from a brand that was willing to pay 10M per month.
"I have a lot of contracts but I can't work for 10M to promote a song. Influencing needs time and effort, that's very little for someone like me," she explains.
She adds that she only promotes songs for talented musicians and her friends.
