Master Parrot was a top artiste around 2003–2007. He started his career in FireBase before quitting to join Chameleone’s Leone Island.

Parrot didn’t spend much time in Leone Island. He says he left both music crews due to disrespect.

Looking back,  Master Parrot says Chameleone and Bobi Wine would be super-rich if they had officially signed him.

“The problem with Firebase & Leone Island is that they were not professional. They had many great artists but failed to form record labels that would have allowed them to operate  professionally. They would have done what Diamond Platinumz is doing today. Chameleone would be loaded if he had signed me, Radio, and others,” Parrot said in an interview.

Adding that, “He would be solely having rights to sell our music.”

After many years in the industry, Master Parrot has nothing to show. He blew all the money he earned on alcohol and keeping up appearances. He is responsible for many hits from way back like ‘Maama Wa Baana’,’ Ndeka Nenywamu’,’ Muliro Muliro’ and ‘Abayaaye’ among others
