Musician Khalifah Aganaga has made a revelation of how he turned down a suggestion to compose a song for Bobi Wine during the presidential campaigns.
He disclosed that he was approached by promoter Balunywa and Betty Mpologoma who sold him the idea and were willing to fork out some cash for the release.
Aganaga said he refused and hid from the proposers of the idea. “They wanted me to put my career at risk. If the government can stop Bobi Wine to perform, how about when you record a song praising him,” he said in an interview.
The Bad Character boss said his relationship with promoter Balunywa has since become sour.
