It was reported that musician Anita Da Diva was hooked on drugs.
This affected her music career and love life. Her boyfriend apparently broke up with her due to her continued intoxication.
The "Zero Distance" hitmaker has, however, denied the claims saying that she has never been addicted.
“I was using drugs but I have never been addicted. That’s why when the time to quit came, I stopped with ease,” she revealed in an interview
She also rubbished claims that she was taken to rehab due to addiction to drugs.
“I have never been to any rehab, if anyone has proof, they should present it,” she bragged.
She was one of the biggest new female dancehall artists but vanished shortly after she graduated from Makerere and got married to one Meddie Katongole.
It is said that because of her marriage to Katongole with whom they have one child, her music career went to the dogs.
