City model Doreen Kabareebe has expressed displeasure in the Ugandan Parliament for discussing tight skirts and thighs. She believes there are more pressing issues the Parliament should be discussing.

In an interview with local television, Kabareebe explained that the bill is good but it has some useless closes which don't matter in society.

"They should stop discussing thighs and skirts but rather table motions that help to transform our country," she partly said when asked to share her opinion on the latest controversial bill passed by the Parliament.

The Bill seeks to protect and conserve the African culture and it awaits to be signed by the President to become a law in the Ugandan constitution.
