Presidential advisor and the self-proclaimed Ghetto president Mark Bugembe commonly known as Buchaman is reportedly in hiding after a massive NRM loss in Kampala.
It is reported that he has deserted all the NRM crisis meetings.
According to moles in the party, his known numbers have since been off and he is not seen in the Ghettos of Makindye as it used to be before the polls.
Musician Buchaman alongside Catherine Kusasira, Full Figure were appointed by the president to canvass for support in the city and nearby ghettos.
