Socialite Obalim Charles commonly known as Sipapa has revealed that he doesn't expect any money from President Museveni to campaign for him.
Sipapa says he has his own money, and that he will never be seen begging or complaining about not receiving a token or handshake from the Head of State.
Sipapa proclaims that he can finance NRM activities.
It should be noted that Sipapa who claims to be rich was thrown out of his rented pad over rent arrears. We wonder where he got the money yet he has no known job.
