Earlier this week, President Museveni flagged off the construction works for the Najjanankumbi- Busabala road in Wakiso district.
At the ceremony, Museveni used the opportunity to take a swipe at Bobi Wine accusing him of spreading propaganda and heading a hate campaign against himself and the NRM government.
The President asked the residents of the area to use the road for economic activity instead of transporting gossip.
"I ask the people here to utilize this road for developmental purposes- not to transport gossip. This road also leads to a business facility belonging to one of Uganda's artistes, as well as to Kaazi Camping site and beach, what a great opportunity to boost business," Museveni said.
