A few weeks ago, she withdrew from social media and she revealed that she has been battling Covid-19.
Through her social media platforms, Martha Kay opened up and confessed that she was infected with coronavirus but decided to stay mute for fear of stigma.
“I was one of those people that thought Covid-19 was not real. I lived life like usual till I caught the virus about a month ago. Woah! It wasn’t fun! I didn’t want to share that info for fear of the stigma but I think it’ll help those living carelessly to know that COVID is real!” she posted.
She successfully recovered from the global pandemic that has claimed millions of lives.
